Introducing photoshoot payment plans!

March 02, 2021  •  1 Comment

Each photoshoot package and product that I provide is carefully considered and I always offer the best price I possibly can to help keep the cost of photoshoots affordable, but also profitable enough to earn me a living. However, I am aware that for some people this can still be a bit of a stretch and it upsets me to think that someone might miss out on precious photo memories due to cost.

I have spent the last few months in lockdown looking into offering safe and secure payment plans and after lots of internet browsing and email conversations, I decided to go with the well-known brand Klarna. If you choose to pay for your photoshoot or photoshoot order using Klarna, your bill is split into three equal payments, which are collected every 30 days, and you won’t be charged interested throughout your plan. If you would still prefer to pay for your photoshoot in full, that is no problem at all. Klarna is completely optional to help make the investment of a photoshoot more manageable.

Below, I have outlined exactly how Klarna would work for both photoshoot payments and photoshoot order payments. If anyone has any further questions, feel free to send me a message and I’d be more than happy to chat.

Using Klarna to pay for your photoshoot

You can use Klarna to spread the cost of any photoshoot packages I offer worth over £100. Please note, Klarna doesn’t charge you interest to spread the cost over 90 days, but there is a small transaction fee that will apply to your photoshoot booking with me to cover the costs associated.

Here’s exactly how it will work:

  1. Choose your photoshoot package and let me know that you’d like to spread the cost.
  2. We will then discuss a suitable date and time for your photoshoot and get you booked in. A £50 booking deposit is still required upfront to secure your chosen date, with the remainder to be paid through Klarna.
  3. At the end of your photoshoot, I will send you a payment link to set up the payment plan with Klarna for the outstanding balance. You will need a Klarna account to use this service but don’t worry it’s really simple to set up.
  4. Klarna will then take the first instalment on the day of your photoshoot, with the second one being taken 30 days later and the third 60 days later.

It’s as simple as that and you won’t have to wait until all the instalments have been paid to see your photos either – this is the perk of me partnering with a professional company.

Using Klarna to pay for your photoshoot orders

You can use Klarna to spread the cost of any photoshoot orders worth over £35. Please note, Klarna doesn’t charge you interest to spread the cost over 90 days, but there is a small transaction fee that will apply to your photoshoot order with me to cover the costs associated.

Here’s exactly how it will work:

  1. Complete your order form and let me know that you’d like to spread the cost.
  2. I will come back to you with a final price, including the small fee that will apply.
  3. Once you give me the go-ahead, I will send you a Klarna payment link to set up the payment plan. You will need a Klarna account to use this service but don’t worry it’s really simple to set up.
  4. Klarna will then take the first instalment on the day you set up the plan, with the second one being taken 30 days later and the third 60 days later.

It’s as simple as that and your order will be sent as soon as Klarna confirms to me that the plan’s been approved, meaning you don’t need to complete all the payments before you receive your pictures.

I'm looking forward to offering an alternative way to pay to my photoshoot clients and can't wait to hit the ground running this year once lockdown restrictions allow. Currently, I am due to return to work after the 29th March 2021, and I am already booking up fast so please do not hesitate to get in touch if you would like to book a photoshoot this year.

Maybe if the plot or business according to an overall perspective ends up being a visual studio, by then this movements an impression of being a sharp thought, at any rate for some other individual the shot at having the choice to make affecting photography that genuinely sells is really shocking.
